CCW (Concealed Carry Weapons)

In California, carrying a concealed firearm publicly requires a CCW (Carry Concealed Weapon) license. Generally, a U.S. citizen or legal resident 18 years or older can carry a handgun without a permit within their residence, place of business, or on private property they own or lawfully possess. However, carrying a concealed weapon in public requires a CCW license and adherence to specific restrictions.
